"I checked in online and went to store 43-454 - Richardson, Tx - Eastside. When I entered the store, I saw my name on the check-in board and I was next in line to have my hair cut with a stylist named Consuelo. While I was waiting for Consuelo to finish with the previous customer, my name disappeared from the check-in board. I brought this to the attention of The Manager (tattooed, non-gender binary person), who responded that there was nothing that she could do to assist me. She informed me that she has no control over the check-in board and that I would have to wait until another customer who had checked in online and was NOW next in line to have their hair cut by Consuelo. The Manager continued to tell me that there was nothing that they could do to assist me. Another stylist, named Mikella, did attempt to offer some resolution to the terrible C.S. experience by offering to cut my hair, and later offered to have my hair cut complimentary, as a result of the horrible C.S. situation and for not noticing that my name had disappeared from the check-in board. The Manager never spoke to me, nor made eye contact with me again, the entire time I was in the store, had my hair cut by Consuelo or during my check-out process. The check-in board is part of Sports Clips, the store is part of Sports Clips, however The Manager (tattooed, shaved head, gender- neutral person) has absolutely NO C.S. skills, has absolutely NO sense of creativity to offer any reasonable solutions to a customer who's name disappeared from the check-in board...except to repeatedly say that "there's nothing that they can do" and that "they don't have any control over the check-in board". This Manager needs serious C.S. training, as well as learn customer sympathy and learn how to treat all customers with respect and at least make an attempt to resolve the customer's perceived issue/problem. I have never been treated with such indifference, like this Manager treated me. Surely this store doesn't need to employ a terrible person, like this person. I will take my business to another store, where I have always been treated respectfully and my name has never disappeared (Preston Royal - Dallas, Tx.). Gregg Parker 972-754-1539 - Cell"
