Adding to the previous review. The stylist that cut my son's hair, Grace, was also the "Manager" per the name tag. I never got the other stylist/manager who wore the black shirt. Grace did a good haircut but the service as a whole from start to finish was/is unacceptable.

I'm writing this review for my son, as he sits in the chair to get his haircut. We walked in for a haircut, checking in with help from what appeared to be the manager (wearing a black shirt). His name hit the "Wait List" board - 9 minute wait. It was my son's idea, and I'm glad he had the idea. He started his timer on his watch. Side note, there was a customer name on the wait list before my son's, he was "On Deck" when we arrived. Within 3 minutes, a stylist walked checked a customer out, then the "manager" (again, black shirt) walked into the back without a single word. The first name was never called, and subsequently, the customer came in. No one welcomed him bc the teo of them were in the back. After 26 minutes of waiting with no one coming to the front prior (besides one stylist who checked out and started a haircut with her reserved customer). The customer in front of us, had his name expire bc it had been over 30 minutes since he had checked in online. And we were called to get a haircut. No apologies for the wait, I even made a point to share his timer info with the stylist. She stated, we were in the back. To the actual manager or owner or whoever actually cares about customer service. You have a VERY long way to go. I found myself saying "I get what I pay for" then again, if it was free, as a customer, we deserve value and most importantly, timely service. Never again. I'd rather double the amount we pay for my 6 years haircut and get service.
